Rosanne Croucher

Rosanne Croucher is a contemporary landscape oil painter, who lives and works in Auckland, New Zealand. Her main source of artistic inspiration comes from spending time outdoors and imagining ways to bring together usually un-associated things. Her art is characterised by rhythmic compositions, and harmonious colours and forms. She gained a Master of Design in Painting from Unitec in 2013 via scholarship, and prior to this completed a Bachelor of Design and Visual Arts in 2011. Rosanne was the overall international winner of the Cliftons Art Prize in 2011, and more recently won a Landscape Merit Award at the Trusts Art & Sculpture Awards in 2014. She has exhibited her work at a range of group exhibitions, including as a finalist in several other notable art awards such as the Mandorla Art Award in 2014, the Glaister Ennor Graduate Art Awards in 2014, and the Wallace Art Awards in 2012. Rosanne is represented by Warwick Henderson Gallery and has participated in several of their group shows.
